Education Law and Management Teacher's Professional Ethics in Secondary Schools Delta State Nigeria

This study focuses on education law and teacher ethics management in Delta Public Secondary Schools Nigeria. In this study, a descriptive technique was used. The group consisted of 473 principals 14,482 teachers from public high schools Delta. A sample 825 respondents (75 750 teachers) drawn using simple random sampling method. based two research questions hypotheses. 15-item questionnaire used as means data collection. For the collected for analysis, mean standard deviation were analyzed at average acceptance level 2.50, null hypotheses verified through Z-test, significance set 0.05. study's findings show that school boards principals, especially after elementary school, manage teachers` integrity issues under High School Education Act Code Ethics. Among other things, should be encouraged to purchase copy Educational Services Manual know their rights, responsibilities staff, fundamental rights students.
